Every time I go for service I get excellent service. This time took a very long time - 2 days, but they were fighting with sensors and trying to find out what's causing them. The second day I received lunch though and that helped me in my busy schedule.

We had our 2021 CRV serviced at Ocean Honda. Appointment is easy to make. They are on time and have a clean and welcoming waiting area.Brandon is our service mgr and we are very happy with him. He explains what is being done and what we might need in future. We value his recommendations. Our car comes back clean and in good shape. Highly recommend Ocean Honda.
I set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on Sunday for Tuesday 9 AM. We arrived about 8:40 and they took it right in. We walked around the lot looking at prices and different vehicles. We were approached by no less than three sales staff and each one was super nice and understood we were just killing time. We also had a $50 off coupon for the oil change. Everything worked out fine. Great place to do business.

I LOVE the individual attention and service provided by JR over the years but Ocean Honda must have overbooked on my oil change day. My 11am oil change lasted until 1:30pm. Other than the 2 1/2 hour wait, everything else was great.
